Equipment Performance

  1. PLC-controlled systems incorporate multiple safety protections during normal operation.
  2. The bed frame is constructed from welded steel plates and undergoes stress-relief tempering to eliminate internal stresses and prevent deformation.
  3. The forming frame features a cast iron structure with tempering treatment, ensuring high rigidity and extended service life.
  4. Roll shafts are made of 40Cr steel, quenched and tempered to a hardness of HB280.
  5. Forming dies are crafted from GCr15 steel, quenched to a hardness of HRC56-62.
  6. Transmission structure employs gearbox drives. Each forming frame incorporates an independent gearbox, ensuring extended operation under high-intensity conditions and prolonged service life.
